Lyrics below. Great song, taken from the album, 'I Blame the Government'. *************** 23:59 End of the world Central European Time A central European girl Too scared to love Unprepared for love She trips and falls down the stairs for love Like a princess bride With an all over bruise She tries so hard to hide With make-up and shoes Too scared to love Unprepared for love She trips and falls down the stairs for love 23:59 End of the world Release the tic-a-tape Put the candles on the cake I'll tell the Boys Brigade To learn the songs from the hit parade Say it loud and say it proud All the drinks are on the house Let the coloured flags unfurl For a central European girl Too scared For love 23:59 (Central European Time Central European Time 23:59) End of the world

The JB's (sometimes punctuated The JB's or The JBs) were James Brown's band during the first half of the 1970s. On record the JB's were sometimes billed under various alternate names such as The James Brown Soul Train, Maceo and the Macks, AABB, The First Family and The Last Word. In addition to backing Brown the JB's played behind Bobby Byrd, Lyn Collins and other singers associated with the James Brown Revue, as well as performing as a self-contained group. The JB's were formed in March 1970 after most of the members of Brown's previous band walked out on him over a pay dispute. (Brown's previous bands of the 50s and 60s had been known as The James Brown Band and The James Brown Orchestra.) The JB's initial lineup included bassist William "Bootsy" Collins and his guitarist brother Phelps "Catfish" Collins, formerly of the obscure funk band The Pacemakers; Bobby Byrd (organ) and John "Jabo" Starks (drums), both holdovers from Brown's 60s band; three inexperienced horn players, Clayton "Chicken" Gunnells, Darryl "Hasaan" Jamison, and Robert McCollough; and conga player Johnny Griggs. This version of the JB's played on some of Brown's most intense funk recordings, including "Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine", "Super Bad", "Soul Power", and "Talkin' Loud and Sayin' Nothing". They also accompanied Brown on a European tour (during which they recorded the long-delayed live album Love Power Peace), performed on the Sex Machine double LP, and released two instrumental ...

Electro is a genre of electronic music performed in the early 80s, born of the fusion of funk, disco and European electronic music of Kraftwerk. The pioneer Afrika Bambaata and is their anthem "Planet Rock", produced by Arthur Baker and keyboardist John Robie, who made this classic electronic dance programming a drum machine Roland TR-808 and the legendary Fairlight CMI synthesizer-sampler. Greg Wilson introduced the genre in the legendary Manchester club The Hacienda. Also in England, keyboardist Paul Hardcastle was successful in this style with "Rain Forest" and "Nineteen". The hip-hop, house and techno evolved from this genus, which lasted from 1982-1986. [edit] can't believe Ukraine got such a low place. How ridiculous... ~~~~~ I WANT AN [ ANTI-CRISIS BOY ] T-SHIRT!!!!!!!! anyways, Now... Now... what to say about the amazing Svetlana Loboda, this amazing song, and her amazing performance. I didn't know about Ukraine's entry till later on and I saw the picture of Svetlana Loboda, so I clicked her performance of "Be my Valentine," and my jaw dropped. She has sex appeal, amazing voice, sexy clothing, crazy/fun-interesting song, and can dance! I was so impressed and inspired by not only her performance, but even the music video. Right from the beginning she caught my eye. She was upside down riding on one of her back-up dancers. It's so shocking because that's definitely thinking outside the box and bringing such uniqueness to her performance. When I saw her put her legs on one of the guys, then do a split between two guys, that made it official, Svetlana Loboda is #1 for Eurovision Song Contest 2009. Since the first video I saw of her, I've been obsessed diving into as much information I can on Svetlana. I am looking so much forward to her ESC performance, that I'm about to burst. I know about the Hell Machine she is going to use, the gymnastic like moves she plans on using and others and I'm so excited. In this video I tried to imitate her moves. The hardest part was probably doing the splits lol. Because I used my couch, when I tried to split, it would slide underneath me and quite painful, so I am relieved I got the ...

LYRICS: It's the outside, of the inside, of the outside, of the inside, just another dream dream, Let's open the skies, let's take off and fly, we can go anywhere, I don't care, if I have to, I can just dream my way there, Maybe we could go to Peru for the springtime, or how about Thailand for a winter vacation, When you're upside down, and inside out, and you're all around, and all about you, what you gonna do, If you're what you want, you'd better reach right out, you've gotta fill your hands, and understand, no, don't hesitate, you'll be running too late, Life has got to be more than madness, and I'd really rather prefer my freedom, It's not your attitude, just change your altitude, and when I see you, coming through, I'll know, that it's time for us to go, If you're singing your prayers, or just climbing the stairs, well then, dream your dreams, and cut the schemes, into, aerial views, And until then, I'll be here just waiting, or watching your window on the hillside, Looking through your aerial views, CREDITS: recorded at Peter Miller's 8-track studio in San Francisco circa 1981 - Danny Machine on Bass GUITAR - Patrizia Nicoloso on Synthesizer - Lance Campbell on Drums - Nonone Verlisse [guitar & voice] - LYRICS & MUSIC written by Nonone Verlisse - SPECIAL GUEST PETER MILLER ON LEAD GUITAR * copywrighted Nonone Verlisse Quote:This following program is dedicated to the city and people of San Francisco, who may not know it, but they are beautiful, and so is their city ...

Description :
"Get your Body Beat" by Combichrist, taken from the movie "The Gene Generation" Combichrist was formed in 2003 by Norwegian Andy LaPlegua (founder of the band Icon of Coil) as an aggrotech project. *Formation: The first material LaPlegua wrote was a few powernoise/techno crossover tracks under the moniker DRIVE. The band name was later changed to Combichrist before the debut album The Joy Of Gunz was released on the German record label Out of Line. The name Combichrist originates from a hardcore fanzine LaPlegua made during the late 90s, with JR Ewing guitarist HÃ¥kon Mella. A few years after the band's conception, LaPlegua departed Norway for the United States, which is now the current homebase for Combichrist and his other projects, Scandy and Panzer AG. *Success: In 2003 Combichrist released the LP The Joy of Gunz. On Halloween 2003 the limited edition EP Kiss The Blade was released, and sold out in weeks. In 2004, The second EP, Sex, Drogen Und Industrial, spent 7 weeks at number one in the DAC charts. The same time Sex, Drogen Und Industrial was released, a limited edition white-vinyl 12" for Blut Royale was produced, and sold out quickly. 2005 saw the release of Everybody Hates You and it was at this time that the band began labeling their music as "Techno Body Music" or TBM. The band released a song called "This is TBM" on the Out-of-Line compilation Techno Body Music volume 1. The release of Get Your Body Beat in 2006 turned out to be a commercial breakout for the ...
